I said yes to my dress last weekend at Becker’s Bridal and I couldn’t be happier! Lisa was the perfect consultant for me. Being an anxious bride that wasn’t sure of what she wanted, Lisa helped calm my nerves and remind me of what really mattered while finding my dress - picking what made me FEEL good!!!
I came in with no idea on what kind of dress I wanted, I just knew a few details. Skye, my stylist was absolutely amazing! She got me to try on some styles I would’ve never picked for myself and I found my dream dress! Highly recommend booking an appointment here and surprisingly yourself.

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6. Alterations are mentioned on site here, which makes the fitting logistics a whole lot easier.
