Houda (the owner) and her team is the best! Their selection of dresses are top notch with great prices. Houda and team is very knowledgeable about the kind of dress my daughter wanted, was also very courteous and professional, super helpful in helping my daughter find her dream senior prom dress.
The best experience I’ve had in any business was with these lovely women who were SO helpful, knowledgeable and truly caring. I brought my niece in for a prom dress and needed urgent alterations as she was traveling the next day, and we left the same afternoon with the most gorgeous gown fitted perfectly to her.
I can't speak highly enough of the ladies here at bridal palace. They know what they are doing! We have visited 4 wedding dress shops so far (one we had high expectations for as they are a designer shop on the kirkland waterfront) and no where was as involved and friendly as these ladies.
I loved my experience here. Everyone is professional, personable, and excited for their customers. Houda pretty much picked me wedding dress. She pointed the dress out on the mannequin and said I had to try it on. At first, I was torn between two dresses. Houda was very patient with me.
