We’ve never had any issues up until our last visit that involved an exchange. We went in to exchange 3 items purchased online (never worn) and the manager had a fit. I told her that I’ll just mail the stuff back. She scolded that she’ll do it this time but isn’t going to do it again.
Had such an amazing experience here! Me and my husband went here for the first time to get him some shirts that actually fit him and ms Donna took the time to help pick out shirts and suggested sizes that worked so well on him.
Came in looking for a few blazers and was met by Mr.Nico and a Ms.Donna with outstanding customer service! They are truly a blessing to the plus size community!
