On September 14th, 2024, at approximately 6:40pm I arrived at Casual Male XL Outlet (at 4401 N Interstate 34). I was shopping for 2 specific items (a pack of black crew neck shirts in my size & a black leather belt).
As a typical man, I HATE shopping. I prefer to go in and buy what I need, get in, and get out. The guys at Casual Make helped me achieve that today. I needed a new suit for an upcoming interview.
I went in looking for a whole new basic wardrobe, and was treated to an excellent shopping experience by the store manager, Mercedes. They weren't very busy so she had time to spend with me, and had great suggestions, found me a couple deals via clearance and a coupon, and instilled confidence in my choice of size and…
I went in looking for 1 item, and left with 5. I went in looking for a nice tie for my daughters wedding, but the sales associate, Liam I think, helped me tremendously and convinced me to retire my old prom suit. And now I’m walking her down the aisle not only with a new tie, but a whole new suit.
