Absolutely love this location. After living in Atlanta and going to the location in Alpharetta I was nervous about finding a big boy store up in the Pittsburgh area.
I love shopping at this store for and with my XXL husband! It's so nice to be able to find clothes that fit right off the rack. The sales guy Chris was not just helpful but fun and engaging to talk to without being pushy or intrusive.
The customer service is great, the employees will help you find the perfect sizes and will even bring you additional clothes to try on while your in the dressing room. The prices are somewhat higher for the supposed outlet store shopping that is advertised.
Christina was so helpful and considerate. The selection was abundant and when she didn’t have some thing in the size that I needed it was available to be ordered and shipped directly to me. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
