I bought several tops on 5/14/24 and realized that night that I lost an earring that my husband had bought me for Christmas this past year. I was sincerely devastated. I called the Madisonville TN store on5/15/24 and was told they had not found one. I knew which fitting room I had used and she went in it and found it.
The staff is very friendly. They always greet you when you come in. They are very helpful with helping you on wardrobe decisions. Love them ❤

I use to not be a fan of cato's but the manager there now is amazing seems very honest I actually like some of there clothes now
