I used Circle the Date's seamstress Faye for alterations on a complicated wedding dress and she was phenomenal! I could not say enough about her. She explained things very well and was always thinking outside the box of how to make my dress fit perfectly.
Brenna was absolutely amazing. I drove to Eau Claire, and never got the feel of wanting a dress, the customer service was poor, and was only allowed 5 dresses, and not a chance to look at the dresses myself to decide what I liked. Another place, they pulled so many dresses and not once listened to what I wanted.
If I could give Circle the Date 100 stars, I really would! The ladies that work here are truly amazing. They made me feel special every time I walked through the door. They helped me in every way possible. From trying in dresses to matching jewelry, furs, veils and shoes.
Circle the Date was an excellent place to search for wedding gowns! They are the most size-inclusive boutique in the central Wisconsin area I've been to for wedding dresses. The workers are all lovely and friendly and they make you feel good about yourself while trying on dresses.

First, bridal shopping is usually by appointment — book ahead, and when you call, ask what size range their try-on samples come in. A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6.
