It could be alittle more organized. Most of the staff were friendly aside from the one lady.. alittle disorganized even by cititrends standard but it is also a larger store than most others. All in all a good location!

First time here with family. Super stoke with the variety of stylish clothes for his and hers, amongst other items at a great price. However, the cashier is not friendly nor polite. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

Customer service suck, no one around to help when needed, clothes are nice and reasonable priced. Check out time is some what ok as far as waiting in line to be checked out. A Lil over crowded with clothes, no room to walk, always bumping into something, they do have small baskets with rollers and that's a plus.

This was my first visit to this store. Not really this Grandma's style, but my grandson loves it & found several articles of clothing at EXCELLENT prices. Would have given it 5☆s if there had been a place for me to sit while he shopped
