My first shopping experience was excellent. The store was very clean and larger than I expected. I was immediately greeted, told about deals, and where to find what I was looking for. Received a fitting room in a snap. I’d say overall the staff was very attentive and friendly.
I absolutely love this store! I only shop here! Why shop anywhere else? I love their different styles! So many things to choose from! Why spend 100$ on 1 pair of athletic pants? When you can spend 100$ on multiple pairs of different athletic wear ? They have all my favorite brands!
The staff is amazing here. I left my wallet at home & my gas light came on when I got there. I walked in and told them about my experience they were so over the top helpful. They tag teamed my order, to help get me back on the road again. I had a hour drive back. I recommend this store to anyone.
Out of all their stores in Cincinnati and Northern KY, these girls are the most honest and fair. The impression I get is they really are trying to give you a third of what they are selling it for. They really make it obvious when you try and sell to the others.......
