Curves of Northville/Novi

I joined Curves recently and have just loved the experience. At 40 years old, it was time to take my health back. In 30min, I can have a complete workout- no appointment or class required...I just show up when it is convenient for my schedule and leave motivated yet refreshed.

I joined Plymouth curves over 10 years ago as a busy mom of 3 young kids. I loved the convenience of a 30 min. Circuit workout close to home. I stayed because along with training by knowledgeable, motivating staff, it's fun to be with women from all walks of life and try additional classes such as Zumba or boxing.

I love working out at the Plymouth curves. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They check your form on the machines and always tell you the benefits of using the machines. The zumba classes are a lot of fun. Laura and Claire take the time to talk and enquire about everybody's welfare.

I am a Curves member, and this location has been a dream come true for my personal fitness goals. My fellow members and Coach Laura cheer me on - they're always friendly and encouraging.
