Haley and Amanda at the Florence, Ky location was absolutely exceptional in helping myself, Amy and my soon to be husband Richard with getting my dress picked out for our upcoming wedding in July 2026.
I came in before a stylist was available so the manager Jim helped me until she was ready for me, and he was so good to me! Dress shopping can be so anxiety inducing and he just made me feel right at home. He was so helpful and we laughed and had a great time.
I came in just to look and Brenda was absolutely wonderful. There was no judgment and she made me feel so comfortable. She set up a last minute appointment for me and helped me pick out and try on multiple dresses. We were able to pin down what styles I liked and even found a dress I loved on the first try!
We had purchased a dress online after trying it on in store at another retailer. The first time it shipped it was a completely different clothing item. The second time it came in it was accurate, but it did bot fit, even though in store the size smaller did. It was so odd. And my daughter was beside herself.
