Traci in the Hagerstown location was welcoming when I walked in the door. She asked for details of my event, my comfort level in style and showed me the racks that I could look through to find a dress that met the requirements.
On my first visit, Tracy, Hannah, and Chardonnay were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable—I highly recommend them for bridesmaid dresses! On my second visit, Chardonnay, Michael, and Jenna truly went above and beyond.
We had a great experience today in David's Bridal, thanks to Brooke. My daughter loved a dress but it was 2 sizes too big for her. Brooke was working with a bride but helped us to get a similar dress to be able to order the size she needed. Overall, everyone was friendly and helped our prom dress shopping experience!
