Went to get boots for my 2 yr old, he started fit throwing out of nowhere and just wanted to run around, but they were very nice and helpful with him and myself. My boy had a good time, and nothing got damaged lol, but the staff were so nice and we bought a great pair of boots..
The people that work their acknowledge you with a friendly greeting when you enter the store and they say thank you when you leave. They are very well acquainted with the location of the merchandise in the store and are quick to give you assistance or offer to order in your size.
First time in this store. I was greeted when I got there. Never asked if I needed any help finding anything. I figured out on my own that the womens clothes were upstairs. They could use more in the plus size clothes. Didn't end up getting anything. No one said thank you for coming in, have a nice day, etc.
I was visiting and I needed to replace my favorite straw hat. Stopped by to see what you had.I paid more than I ever have for a straw, but I've had several compliments on it. You have quality products. Next time I'm in town I'll be stopping by again.
