Last month I had the pleasure of shopping at the Dedham DXL location. My wife and I were assisted by Robert -- one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind sales associates we have come across.
DXL Dedham isn’t just a store—it’s a full-service confidence delivery system, and Robert is the CEO of said confidence. Walked in with my dad looking for a suit, walked out with him looking like a Fortune 500 exec who just acquired your startup and your girlfriend’s attention. Robert didn’t just help—he orchestrated.
I got the opportunity to update a large bulk of my business wardrobe with the help of Raleigh and the team here on 12/7 Sunday. He was patient and observative in aligning the best outfits and brands at the store to fit not only my body but my style.
Needed a whole outfit for a rehearsal dinner coming up. Woody helped me out and spent at least an hour putting together different options. Very helpful and patient. Highly recommend DXL and working with Woody in particular.
