DXL Big + Tall

This was only my second time at the store and I have to say Ashley the store manager is terrific. I always staid away from the store because of the stigma I had about now needing a clothing store that catered to larger sizes, and now I really regret not shopping there In the last several years.

I had an excellent experience shopping for a suit here, largely because of Matt. I came in completely inexperienced with buying suits and was honestly feeling frustrated trying to find something that fit properly. Matt spent well over 90 minutes with me, patiently walking me through every step of the process.

This was a great experience. I walked into the building and asked for a full suit; shoes, socks, undershirt, shirt, coat, pants, tie, everything. The employee looked at me, sized me up and was able to figure out my size with just a glance. I tried on a few things. He provided advise on colors.

Excellent customer interaction experience. I was greeted and asked if any assistance was required. All questions I had were promptly and courteously answered.
