DXL Big + Tall

I was greeted upon entry to the store. The cashier went above and beyond too assist me. When I went too check out. She seen I been a long time customers snd haven’t redeemed any rewards in quite a while. So she called customer service and let them know. They sent me a $20 e-giftcard to use for the purchase.

The staff didn't bother me when I was looking around shopping. They said we are here if you need any help when I walked in. I felt relaxed to shop. When I needed help they where there and did spot on measuring and recommended stuff that would fit me perfect.

This is my first time into the store in a long time and I have to say I will definitely be back because of your staff. KIM was helpful and really took the time to look through sizing with me and get things just right you can tell she really cares about her position and puts the customer at ease when shopping.

Everybody is so cheerful great to help and I get everything I need every time I go in I love shopping there. I will go nowhere else even if I lose weight so wear a belt and fit into the clothes ha ha lol yeah but I have a good time Heather is a good manager.
