Roy was awesome. I told him I was in need of a sport coat. He told me the size coat I needed without measuring. I told him he reminded me of the tailor I went to when I was a kid. Roy also suggested a shirt and pocket square that I happily bought. He is a customer-focused member of your company.

We needed to buy coats since the weather turned on us. the staff was very friendly, and didn't bombard us asking if they could help us, or anything like that. I appreciate that, but i know others don't. I would go back.
