The staff was extremely helpful. Great selection of clothes. When I couldn't find the color of the shirt I was looking for, the young lady that was helping me ordered them online. I highly recommend this store and this store location. We shopped the store in Springfield, IL.

Had to come down here to get fitted for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised with their selection. Not only did they have formal dress apparel, but some team apparel and casual clothing. All for larger people! Needless to say, a few more items were purchased than what we were expecting to buy.

I found Sandra to be very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. She also went as far as letting me know she would contact the company to submit my request for a moisture wicking/dri-fit shirt that has a pocket. I will return to DXL to shop for other items because of Sandra's great customer service. Thank you!

I was returning a pair of pants that didn’t fit, and the sales clerk was very friendly and helpful. She made the exchange seamlessly. She was very courteous and I just found the store to be so awesome. I’ll come again and again to shop for my husband.
