DXL Big + Tall

I first stopped in to pick up my online order and Mike the manager helped me and was super nice and friendly. The shirt that I purchased did not fit so I went back to exchange and Mike helped again. Mike has the best customer service I have had in a very long time.

I can not say enough about my experience here! Mike met me as I walked in, was super approachable and instantly made me feel welcome! Super guy and very real. I was amazed at the selection, colors and styles. My nature is as a hunter and not a gatherer and I shop as fast as humanly possible.

First time visiting this store. My bf and I went in looking a sweater and polo for him to wear for a wedding. The store was clean and well stocked. They had a wide variety of sizes and choices. The guy there was very friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high but well worth the quality of clothing.

We had excellent customer service from Caitlin however found it quite frustrating that there were no short sleeved shirts in store in my husband's size. We ended up ordering them online but the whole purpose of going to the store is to have them immediately.
