DXL Big + Tall

I am very pleased with the customer service at the DXL Store on Route 46 in Totowa, NJ. Recently, they were very helpful in locating and obtaining an item that was not available in the store. They ordered it and I received it at my address within a few days. I also enjoy the big discounts that I receive at check out.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The reason not 5 stars is I needed to place an order because the products were not in store, and the rep ordered the wrong size. Yes, it’s my responsibility to check before I leave but the receipts don’t make it easy to read the sizes.

I remembered this place had a location in Kenvil, NJ and moved to this location and like always the customer service was amazing. Jeannine was very helpful in finding a nice comfortable pair of Khakis pants and a nice polo shirt.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind staff. Specifically Nick. Nick was incredibly attentive and helpful with the whole process and genuinely cared about me as a customer. He went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure my experience was a great one! 10/10 - Hands down. Will go back.
