Recently I purchased two pairs of pants at DXL. Nothing noteworthy about that, but the circumstances are what makes the great customer service at DXL stand out. I was on a business trip and needed pants. I didn’t have time to shop or wait for tailoring.
Great customer service. Staff was able to quickly get me into the right jacket and pant size. If you stocky and shorter, this is the place. After stopping at two other places, who did not have any thing close to fitting me. DLX was able to get me into a suit jacket on the first try.
My family to DXL tonight for a sport coat for my fiancé, and ended up getting 2 sport coats, 3 shirts and 2 pairs of pants! Wonderful selection. But the true gem of the store was Julie, who was a HUGE help with the fit, and the styling.
Love this store. Sandy who helped me is a doll. I hope you pay her well. While this store as great clothes and a decent selection, it's only a "decent" selection because you don't stock this store with larger sizes past 4x. You're the big "big and tall" people. You need more extended sizes past 4x
