Today I had a wonderful shopping experience at Factory Connection on Highway 42 in Petal, Mississippi, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service I received. When I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by Kimberly, who immediately showed kindness, professionalism, and courtesy.
Lots of clothing to choose from, very nice selection. The only thing about this store is that it's kinda far away from town so I don't get out there much.
The store is clean and orderly and there is a decent selection for men and women (plus & regular sizes) to choose from. The home good section had nice home items at a good price. The associate, Mikala, was super nice and very accommodating. She made sure that we had everything we needed!
Love FC. They have an amazing staff who is always friendly and have some amazing prices. Love Love Love this place. I wish they had the same styled in regular size as they do in the plus size though.
