Could not have had a better experience buying my wedding dress & having it altered. As a plus size girl (size 18-20) i was so pleased to be able to try on dresses that actually fit me! It made the whole process to enjoyable. I then ordered my dress & lost 105 lbs and dropped to a size 12. Alterations were seamless.
Samantha did a custom robe nightgown and pajama set out of my 40 year old wedding dress. The craftsmanship that she did was magnificent. My daughter was in love with them. It was a pleasure to work with Samantha. I would recommend her to family and friends.
As a plus sized bride it still takes quite a bit of work to find store that are able to give women a true bridal experience. @ivory_and_main had been amazing from the moment I set foot through their doors! Having sample sizes that range from 20-26 and can be rolled down to fit each bride that comes in is UNHEARD of.
There are not enough amazing things I can say about Ivory & Main! From the experience, & atmosphere, to the staff, every moment was so pleasant and memorable. At first, I dreaded looking for a dress until I found I&M. The staff was so helpful, accommodating, and excited for me every step of the way.
