It was my first time visiting the outlet, but I am a long time Johnny Was customer. Prices were definitely discounted from retail (on par with sale on sale prices) and the selection was fantastic. The highlight of our visit was Ingrid, who we enjoyed chatting with. Definitely worth the extra drive.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Jackie”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jackie made my visit SO good! She was incredibly polite, genuinely kind, and so knowledgeable about everything in the store. Her energy made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling excited to come back again.
I love, love this brand and finding an outlet means I will never pay full price again. I always have a great experience.
