I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Marlee! From the moment I walked in, I felt truly listened to and cared for. Marlee took the time to understand my vision and helped me find the dress - one I never would have picked on my own, but ended up absolutely loving.
The lady’s at Kay’s were so wonderful and encouraging! They were very helpful when it came to picking out my dress. When it came to ordering my dress Hardy was who helped with getting that processed. She did great on explaining everything as far as sales, alterations, info on tuxedos, MOB, and bridesmaid dresses.
We had the best experience! Maggie was SO helpful and personable! She made me feel extremely comfortable with trying on and expressing what I liked/disliked.
I bought my dress from Kays this past weekend and I absolutely love the dress!! The dress selection there was AMAZING and the prices were also AMAZING. I tired on 7 or 8 different dresses and they were all under my reasonable budget so that was awesome!! I unfortunately did not have great help during this process.

A shop can order almost any gown in your size, but the sample sizes on the floor decide whether you actually get to see yourself in the dress, and the good plus bridal shops stock samples to try, not just to imagine. Second, plan the alterations timeline: gowns and formal dresses typically go through two or three fittings, so the comfortable window is starting your search around 8–10 months before the date and saying yes to a gown by 6. Alterations are mentioned on site here, which makes the fitting logistics a whole lot easier.
