I had accidentally ordered the wrong color and called the store to swap it out to pink. They fixed it right away before shipping. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I received my jacket and it is soooo cute. It’s plush, vibrant and looks exactly like the photos.
first time ever coming in! will be coming back. the girl with the braids helped me and had the best attitude. to only be a associate she has great customer service overall great with EVERYTHING. even though i didn’t buy anything. the girls where so sweet! good job!
