Lane Bryant

I have been recommended to try going to Lane Bryant for over a year now post surgery that made me gain some weight and being rudely laughed out of Victoria's Secret and sent out of Torrid crying... so I was very nervous about going.

A wonderful shopping experience. Upon entering the store I was greeted and the experience just kept getting better. It was like the shopping days of old where you felt that the associates really cared about the experience you were having in their store.

All of the staff were amazing and super helpful (Even the new girl who was training!). Kim was the person who helped me and she was absolutely wonderful with resizing me and finding bras that fit. I’ve never felt so comfortable and happy to go bra shopping before!! No one was overbearing or pushy at all.

Heather at the Cross Gates mall (Albany location) provided above and beyond service. She helped me pick up my online order with ease, let us know about current in-store deals, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is truly an exceptional employee and wonderful person to have met.
