Wow. I’ve never had a shopping experience like this in my life. Wendy was amazing. She was the only one there when I arrived and somehow she was attentive and helpful to all of the customers (there were quite a few of us there at once and she was helping everyone).
Sara is amazing! She is one of the leads who works at this location, she went over and beyond to make sure I got the right bras and when I came back with a concern about couple of the other items I purchased she just fixed the issues and even gave me an extra discount because I came back.
I’ve never shopped at a Lane Bryant before because plus sized clothing doesn’t fit me but with that said, neither does Victoria’s Secret. LB has an amazing selection of women’s bras available in nontraditional sizing.
I was there March 2018 and was helped by Eunice for a bra fitting. She did a fantastic job! She was polite and asked several questions to find out what I really needed for my shape and lifestyle. During the fitting she even asked if I was comfortable and took time to tell and show me how a bra should fit.
