I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lane Bryant! My wife and I drove all the way from Akron—30 miles out of our way—just to visit this particular store, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, Ms. April and the rest of the amazing ladies made me feel so incredibly welcome.
My mom and I went in for a quick look. We needed to get comfortable clothes for our flight in a few hours. Elizabeth here was so helpful and helped us get everything going and let her change right as we were leaving after we bought everything. She's a great help. Best lane bryant worker I've come across yet.
The clothing is high quality, but sometimes a bit matronly. I do love the lingerie, and they have nice accessories. The store manager is always a pill. I never know how she still has a job working with any human being, but she doesn't know how to talk to her employees and it makes me mad for them.
LB has always been one of my plus size stores since I was a kid and going to the LB chubby shop in downtown Cleveland!!! Memories!! Love this store. Fashions are on point for us curvy girls!! Clothes, undergarments, shoes, accessories, etc
