I haven't been to a LB in a million years, but the way this pandemic had expanded my waistline I figured it was time lol. I love the clothes there. They were gorgeous without making me feel frumpy which was definitely the confidence boost I needed.
Ladies, we all know bra shopping is such a chore. A friend and I recently spent a very long time working with 3 ladies who really know what customer service is about.
Absolutely love shopping at Lane Bryant, the staff is the reason for my review. I don't always find what I'm looking for but the staff always greets me and asks if they can help. Today, I came in looking for specific items and the staff was quick to assist.
Not only were the associated helpful and knowledgeable about their products, but definately went above and beyond. I had a serious medical while in the store. Rhonda did an excellent job of keeping the staff under control, took care of me and what I needed, but was unbelievable good at keeping my 2 1/2 year old…
