Staff are always ready to help you out and are very friendly. Sometimes they can be a little too ready to help if you’re someone that just prefers to browse by yourself, but that’s their job so I can’t hold that against them.

Ms. Chenel was AMAZING. I love Lane Bryant but only get to visit maybe once a year and this time, my visit was even better than normal. I look forward to coming back and seeing her smiling face. She was so helpful. If any chest girls need help or feels embarrassed about needing new bras, go see her. She is awesome!!

cant find better deals or clothes for plus size anywhere! I had bras ordered online before the pandemic and they let me trade them for the ones I needed no fuss or hassle!!! I didnt have a receipt but the original tags were on the bras I never even tried them on because they were not the color I wanted!

First time shopping for women's clothing and asking for help. I'm a crossdresser and was extremely nervous. The ladies here were absolutely amazing. They helped me find what I was looking for and even said that I could try everything on before I bought it. Very sweet and helpful.
