Best Saturday in months. Melissa was the best. She went above & beyond for my Mom's fitting in Cacique. She was a pro working the busy floor of customers w/o skipping a beat on upgrading sizes for ppl in the fitting room. I will definitely recommend this location and staff.
I've been coming to Lane Bryant since I was about 16. I am always pretty reserved when I go to the store, I've been measured probably twice before and until today I stubbornly stuck with the size I was given like 6 years ago despite the fit becoming more and more uncomfortable.
Everytime I visit this location, it is clean, beautifully decorated and the staff always goes above and beyond. Even during crazy Covid, they are always helping with measurements and ordering. I can’t recommend them enough. The general manager Sherry is always so friendly and warm!
The staff was very polite. they took extra time to make sure my wife was fitted properly. They made suggests about fit and other products she might like They did not have all that we wanted so the remainder of our order will be shipping free of charge to our home.
