I got helped by Katie this evening and she was phenomenal! She grabbed about 20 different bras for me without the faintest hint of aggravation like most other stores I've been, and she gave me her honest opinion on whether or not it fit right/how I wanted. She was so positive and kind! Thank you Katie!
Caroline saved me from myself. Bra shopping is so difficult, and I tried on 15+ bras with no success. Caroline stepped in and looked at how they were fitting on me, heard what I did and didn't like, and then brought in some styles that I hadn't tried yet.
My new go to for bras! I had such a great experience getting sized and choosing a bra that actually covers and supports. Rockie made my experience a 10/10 - she was so patient, supportive, knowledgeable and overall great!
Best time to shop I had the store & 2 friendly professional clerks (Kaitlin & Caroline) to myself at 10am. It’s nice to try clothes on in store again. I shop Lane Bryant in cities around the country & this particular store is immaculate with lots of size & style choices.
