I visited this store in September 2025. The young lady that waited on me was so very nice and helpful. She checked on me and made suggestions about the garnet I was trying on. I appreciate that about “SOME” of the Lane Bryant associates. Lane Bryant always has helpful ladies to measure you, etc.
I caught an awesome sale, even though they were a little busy they took the time to handle each customer personally and professionally. The location is great, the customer service was great, and they even sized me. Ms. Magnolia and her crew are amazing.
I visited this location to purchase a strapless bra and received the best customer service from Kaylee Y. I was immediately measured and Kaylee assisted with finding the perfect bra for an my event. Kaylee also informed me the second bra would be 90% off.
Wife always hates shopping for a bra. The wonderful ladies at Lane Bryant changed that. Kind, patient, knowledgeable and willingness to help. Cannot say enough about their expertise. I don't have to help anymore, so that is awesome. Guys bring your smartphone and sit down while Lynette works her magic.
