I originally did a full review based on a survey from Lane Bryant and I never saw the review so I decided to do it again. I walked into the Tower shop store in Davie and immediately was greeted by Jean, Jenny and Tristan, who I jokingly call the bra police. I had ordered a ton of bras, but wanted a proper fitting.
Ordered some items. I got them right away. The pick-up was so smoothly handled. I had to pick up the order for my daughter. I'm so happy the way they handled it. They asked for my ID and email of order. Fast and friendly. Also, when I went to pick up the whole Lane Bryant crew, welcomed me with a hello and big smile.
I wasn’t sure how I could submit a compliment after such a pleasant experience as my first time in the store, I called the 1-800 number and they weren’t helpful at all, so I figured I would do it here! Ms. LINDA needs a raise!
I went in and received the best level of customer service alive. Ms. Tristan (the manager) knew I needed help and saved my day with all the special deals, promotions and laughter. She signed me up for the credit card and whoever doesn't like saving money. The staff under her care is blessed to have her.
