Jocelyn is AMAZING!!!! I recommend asking for her when you visit the Downey store. She measured me, because I did NOT believe I was wearing the correct size bra. Apparently I had been wearing the wrong size for years, based on someone else that had measured me incorrectly.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dressing rooms are very comfortable and posh. Only thing I'd like improved is the quality of under garments from company. It's thinner and a major difference. I won't be getting anymore from LB. 4 stars earned by the staff, 3 stars for LB.
Great customer service. Big store filled with merchandise at every step. Prices are a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Great lasting fabrics, clothing and styles for every and any occasion.
The staff here are especially nice and helpful. The know their store and where everything is located. Store was clean and organized even tho it was filled with shoppers. I will be back again!!
