I wasn't quite sure what my bra size Is and the girl had no problem sizing me and then ordering bras for me. I did feel a little bad because I showed up to the mall about an hour before they closed. Although when I went to pick up my bras. It was quick and easy. I tried them on before I left and they fit perfectly.

Great service and friendly staff. Very well stocked store with lots of options in undergarments and clothing. Great shopping experience.

I am so thankful to have stopped into Lane Bryant at Menlo Park. I was very anxious to shop for new bras and Michelle was absolutely amazing! She measured and took the time to advices on the bras I was trying on. She never made me feel like I was a bother to her! Also the staff helped pick out few more items!

Great and friendly staff. I walked into this location and was greeted by Ari with a warm smile and welcoming personality. She helped me with my return and select my desired garments. I will definitely be revisiting this location to shop and receive great service.
