I have been shopping at this Lane Bryant in Fayetteville since 2016 (this location only). Tara, Jessica and Veda are the epitome of love and fashion. The longevity of their faithful years of service speaks volumes about their commitment to fashion and their customers.
I turned 50 on Jan 11th and I’ve lost some weight. I was a 22 and now I’m a 14. I needed to find something for my grandmothers funeral. I went in and looked around but couldn’t really find anything. I spoke with Jessica and told her how discouraged I was. She asked me how I felt about orange.
Excellent customer service. Shopping experience was realaxing and I found comfort in shopping for someone else where the staff were knowledgeable about their clothing line and other items. The ladies were very friendly and I appreciated that more than anything.
Always love the cleanliness and selection for products I'm looking for. I enjoy being in an establishment with a personable and knowledgeable staff. Their customer service keeps me coming back.
