I originally went to the LB on Alpine Ave, and purchased a bra. It was quite uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if they may of measured me incorrectly. (I understand they aren't professionals) But I went to this store to see if they were close in measurements. I received help from Melissa?
I would like to thank whoever was working today (3/20/25) for helping my mother locate a graduation dress for me! While the website was sold out of the size and color I needed in the Lena V-Neck Level-Hem Midi Dress, the Grandville location happened to have the exact item I needed.
I don’t shop here anymore due to weight loss (they stock sizes 14+) but the few times I’ve picked up online orders or stopped in, has always been a positive experience. The staff is really friendly. Returns were very simple. They’re always helpful with coupons and helping you save money.
I always like Lane Bryant but this one the staff took great care of me. I bought something that ended up on sale the next day. I went back in when I got the sale email and staff didn't even question me, just did a price adjustment with no issue. Great service!
