You don't often get 5 star customer service these days. I was fortunate... I came in shopping for a funeral outfit so needless to say I was not in a great place. I was a bit frantic and obviously particular due to the event. Sasha, took her time assisting me, was patient and could not have been more helpful.

I'm impressed by how professional and helpful the staff was today. I ordered some pants online that ended up being too big. They were happy to return the pants, and even ordered me the correct size to be shipped to my home. I feel like she went the extra mile.

Kelsey is fantastic! She helped me get sized, was patient when I tried on 5,392 different styles, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Both ladies working this afternoon were so kind and I really loved the connection that they brought to the whole experience

Sasha, at the Indian Lake Lane Bryant location, is amazing. Professional , listened to my needs, measured me for new bras, and treated me so nicely! I hate shopping for bras and she really made the experience so much better. I will continue to go to this location ❤️
