Lane Bryant

Just left this location. I bought 2 unwired bras that I love and have been wearing for years. Lane Bryant got it right with these. As far as customer service goes, I had a pleasant in-store shopping experience. I was greeted, said hello back and went on my way.

I had a return that would not go through but the staff did not give up. Heather, Jayla, and Tara make sure that my return was handled and credited back to my account. Jayla called another store to figure out what was going on with their turn and why it would not work .

I came in today to do a bra exchange in sizes and the young lady (didn't get her name) but was tall with a blonde braid she was very sweet and quick. Having children with you can be timely issue but not with her she was quick and it took less than 5 minutes.

I had a great experience. The ladies were very helpful and had such a positive attitude! They spent their time helping me and were very patient. They deserve bonuses or raises because working in a store pertaining to women can be overwhelming especially if we are having issues with finding our sizes.
