What a great staff! I ordered multiple items online and none of it fit. I came in to get measured and exchange items for the correct size. Angie helped me and did a wonderful job. She personally made sure everything fit properly and ran back and forth to switch items out.
Dana was wonderful. I must have tried on 20 bras with 20 requests to leave with 0 bras. This isn’t a Lane Bryant issue, but it just so happened every bra I liked didn’t have my exact size. Overall I had a good experience, though, and Dana was more than helpful.
This is one of the better stores. They had great sales and a nice selection of products and sizes. Loved all the help I got from the knowledge clerks. Very willing to check sizes order items either to the store or to my home. Really enjoyed my experience.
I shop at a ton of your locations as well as online. I hadn't been to this location and man was I surprised. Hands down the best customer service/shopping experience I have had. Your employee Autumn is a huge asset to your company. As a business owner, I can't stress enough how impressed I was with her.
