Of course they instantly welcome you in the door. They ask if you looking for anything in particular, in they go full in with the help. I was returning bras and needed to get measured, was done quickly and then she was off full stuff from the racks for me to try.

I had to take back a bra I ordered online. I exchanged it for a different brand. Kiya (may have misspelled her name) has a pleasant approach, kind, professional. Also when I called prior to going, and spoke to Kiya about my issue, she was very professional and explained the return process and to come in.
