I was very nervous going into a woman's store to do some shopping. The people that works there made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Meko, spent a lot of time helping me find what I was looking for. After all that trouble I discovered that I didn't have my credit card with me.
I recently visited Lane Bryant to buy a bra, and while that may sound like a simple errand, it turned into something deeply meaningful. My husband passed away not long ago, and I had received a Lane Bryant gift card for Christmas. At first, I was upset—after losing over 100 pounds, I hadn’t shopped there in some time .

I went in today to get an outfit for a very special occasion. Nothing fancy, but special and nice. I told Jess why I was in, and she immediately got excited for me (more than anyone else in my life had, actually) and actively started going through clothes options.
