We came all the way from queens, as the store near us closed. We were greeted by Julie and Amanda, who were very upbeat and friendly and answered all my questions right away. The store was clean, everyone super friendly including the customers. I left with 2 pairs of jeans 6 tops.
This store is clean and generally fully stocked. Sales representatives go above and beyond on most days but you do have a few I would rather visit when they are off. The sales are incredible and they absolutely always remind you of any available discounts. They're great with measurements.
If there's only one LB left out here, I'm glad it's this one. The staff is always super helpful. Siran is lovely and went above and beyond when what I wanted to purchase was difficult to find in store and online, even though she was in the middle of something. I wish every customer service experience was like this one!
This location is always well organized and clean. I can usually find my size in stock. The staff are helpful and will let you know if there's a discount or promo on what you are looking at.
