Went in to find shorts - i know bad time of the year for that. All the summer stuff was moved to the back and on 40% clearance. The staff was friendly and asked several times if I needed assistance. Although I dont come here often - I cant afford too many clothes - I can always find what I need or want here.
Somewhat pricy but when one is desperate for plus size clothing this store is a breath of fresh air. Great service with the extra mile attitude. The sales representative went out of her way to find items to satisfy my spontaneous request. And always chose the discounted items first.
They were super nice. One of their associates helped me pick out the perfect bra (I haven't been able to find one that fit me in years, so I'm pretty floored), and spent over an hour helping me with shapewear.
My wife gets the best customer service at this store and that’s hard to come by these days. Staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond for customers. If something is not in stock it can be ordered and shipped to your house with free shipping which is very handy and makes shopping here very convenient.
