We came in 10 minutes to closing and the managers (Pam & another) were both so kind and helpful to me and my daughter after a long day. And even though we were there after closing, Pam helped us find what we needed and even placed an online order for us. You don't often see this kind of customer service anymore...

I have been to this location 3-4 times and was always greeted, but last night was the exception! My daughter, Brianna , and I went to the store about 50 min before closing and was treated like royalty by Arin & V. These ladies were extremely impressionable, courteous, and customer service focused.

I had the BEST experience at Lane Bryant in Mansfield!! Pam was an amazing stylist who found just the right clothing, accessories and undergarments for me. It was like she knew exactly what I was looking for and completely understood that I wanted to look cute, but I also needed to be comfortable.

Rachel was extremely helpful and very polite. I had come in to get strapless bra because mine broke and needed it for a wedding the next day and they hadn't gotten their shipment in yet she immediately offered to call the location in highlands for me and had them place a bra on hold for me!! Great customer service!
