My 11 yr old plus size daughter, Addie and I stopped in for something special for her 6th grade spring pictures. We were greeted by the assistant manager who was kind, outgoing, and very informative regardings sales and such. My daughter was out of her comfort zone of rock band and wrestling tshirts at first.
Had not been in looking for clothes in a long time. I needed a new out fit for a funeral and this was my first stop. The lady working was very kind and helpful. She took time to help me find the size and style I was looking for. Very attentive even though I believe she was the only one working at the time.
I came here to Lane Bryant with my wife. She was in need of new Bras and work pants. I've never been here before and didn't know what expect but let me tell you right now! The customer service here is AMAZING! My wife was helped by a wonderful lady named, Dana. She went above and beyond with everything!
Very nice associates....i feel Lane can do better though. Prices are high as usua, Anyone who shops there knows this already i just feel they can do better with clothing and sell cloths that fit the way a big girl reallly needs
