Young lady at checkout was kind, I was greeted as I shopped around, store was clean and merchandise easy to find/actually sized correctly. 5 stars for the store operations and the customer service. If I could give LB a rating it would be a 3 star.
I went in having no idea what bra size I needed from my current size. Haven’t gone bra shopping in about 4 years. Casey helped me the entire time I was in there, and was so helpful. I probably tried on 20 bras. She was SO SWEET. Best customer service ever! Thank you Casey❤️
Very nice staff. A little over attentive, but i've seen worse. This last weèkend it was buy 1 get one 75% off. Thats nice until you see the cheapest pair of shorts you like is 69.99. 50% of the clearence sticker, but plan jane shirts that should have been originally $20-30 was 35-85 on clearance already!
The staff here is always very helpful. Ordering online and delivering the store is a money saver, and you still get the great staff experience! If I ever need any fashion advice they are always more than willing to help! Definitely love this store!
