I had gotten measured after having my child (assuming my mom bod wasn’t the same exact size as I used to be) and the measurements I was given were pretty loose; the staff then suggested a “sister size” which was also pretty loose. I ended up just kind of guessing my size.
We were back in shopping today, with an exchange. I had gotten the wrong size online... oops! The manager, Jennifer, was wonderful to look up my order and exchange for the correct size! Thank you for all your help! Thank you, Brianna , for all your help! I love my 13 items you helped fine!
Jennifer was so helpful yesterday. She helped me select a bra and didn't give up on me. She was being attentive to all the shoppers in the store. I felt so welcomed. I also picked 4 shirts and she helped me find the right sizes. I will be shopping here in the future. Thank you Jennifer!
Quite possibly one of my favorite stores of all time! The staff is always very helpful and accommodating and make sure to treat you like a friend. Although I don't always find what I am looking for, the customer service and environment make me want to return even just to 'look around' :)
